Printers Float, Labour Day Parade 1894. The float was a miniature printing office and was drawn by four horses. There was a stand and a pair of cases full type and also a press, on which ' The Labour Day Souvenir ' was printed and distributed to the crowd.

Millmen's Union Float, Labour Day Parade 1894. This unique float had a small sawmill in operation producing lumber. Hauled by five horses, the power was derived from the wheels of the wagon. When the float was in motion spectators could witness the log being sawed into boards.
