In September 1979, at the Steelworkers hall in Toronto, Linda Grobovsky of the No Candu Committee presents a painting by Richard Peachey to Saint John District Labour Council President Larry Hanley. The painting was a gift to recognize those who helped close the Saint John Harbour in support of civil rights for the Argentinian people.
